New Mexico's state list is frozen at July 2026
New Mexico's Health Care Authority has taken its public facility search offline. It now gives out its list of licensed assisted living and adult day care only through a formal public-records request, so we can no longer update New Mexico's state-licensed homes each month.
The assisted living and adult day homes on this page are New Mexico's own list as of July 20, 2026. Some may have closed, changed names, or lost their license since then. Before you rely on one, confirm its license with New Mexico's Health Facility Licensing office at 505-476-9025.
Nursing homes on this page come from Medicare's federal data and keep updating as usual. We plan to request New Mexico's full list once a year and will refresh these homes when it arrives.
